For nearly three decades, Star of India has been welcoming Fort Collins with the rich flavors and genuine hospitality of Punjab. We've built our reputation on doing things the right way. We make it all in house - our sauces, chutneys, desserts, and signature Nan fresh every day, marinating our meats for up to 48 hours, and cooking in a mesquite charcoal tandoor. 

Our chefs have been with us since the very beginning, preserving family recipes while continually refining every dish. We never use artificial food coloring or synthetic dyes, allowing the vibrant colors and bold flavors of our cuisine to come naturally from fresh ingredients and handcrafted spice blends. 

Known as Colorado's original home of gluten-free Nan, we proudly offer an extensive selection of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free dishes, alongside an award-winning cocktail program, thoughtfully curated wines, and Colorado craft beer selected to complement the complexity of Indian cuisine.
